rfid tag XR-A45
An RFID Tag is a small circular tag in the form of a sticker, it’s simply applied onto the product. An RFID antenna (XR-A45) is placed underneath where the product is located. This antenna detects when the product with the RFID tag is placed on the location or when it is picked up and automatically toggles or begins playing the content on the screen. One of the biggest advantages is that the RFID sensor remains invisible, which means that the design of the space is not disrupted in any way. In addition, the RFID tag is easy to apply and suitable for any product. Up to 256 such tags can be used per controller.
The RFID Antenna connects to the RFID Driver, which then communicates with the controller. The controller is then connected to a PC or media player to play the content via the LAKIOO Player.
Usage in various applications:
shops
Once the product is placed in the designated location, the RFID sensor can automatically display detailed product information, including specifications, pricing or variants. When the product is picked up, other content can be triggered, encouraging customer interaction with the goods.
museums
In museums, an RFID sensor can activate multimedia content about an exhibit when it is put down or picked up, enriching the visitor's interactive experience.
Libraries and archives
RFID tags on books or documents can trigger digital content about a particular title, such as annotations, reviews, or recommended reading.
Events & exhibitions
For exhibition displays, RFID technology can easily trigger videos or product information.
