The XY-176 Proximity sensor is designed to measure a person’s distance from the sensor and based on that distance, automatically display the appropriate content on the screen. This sensor can detect distances ranging from 50 cm to 500 cm and operates with a precise detection angle of 5.5 degrees. It is ideal for precisely controlling or displaying content as the user moves closer or further away from the sensor.
The sensor can only be placed behind transparent surfaces such as glass, allowing it to be discreetly integrated in different types of environments.
