To get started you need to install LAKIOO Creator app onto your Windows 10 or 11 PC, see the section below for recommended systems specification. LAKIOO Creator includes many widgets and features for interactive and non-interactive content creation. There are other features for scheduling of project playback, or project publishing into the LAKIOO Player app by many quick and user friendly ways.
After opening the app, the Main Menu will open, it includes:
Case Studies – an inspiration to create basic projects
Tutorials – this buttons leads you to our video tutorials, they cover how to start with creating and managing your projects.
Media Library – here you can import and manage media files that are used to create your projects
My Projects – provides an easy way to view and manage all your projects
Import Project – allows importing of projects created by another LAKIOO Creator app
LAKIOO Cloud – our cloud solution for easy management of players and their content

For optimal utilization of various software features and creating FullHD (1920×1080) projects, we recommend a computer with the following configuration:
i5-8400 (AMD R5 2600 or equivalent), 8 GB RAM, SSD Disk, WIN10 64 bit
This configuration ensures snappy and quick creation of demanding graphical content, mainly noticeable during video compression or page preview with multiple videos playing simultaneously.
Disclaimer: Creator may also works with different system configurations, however, at low performance computer, certain operations such as video compression or playback of more than 1 video or PDF document may be significantly slower.
To start with creating of graphic project, just click on button “NEW PROJECT” in the MENU. Basic settings like “name project”, “resolution” etc. will follows, than you can continue. On the left side of working space you will see “media library” and “widget selection”, in the middle of screen you can see working space, on the right side you can see “properties” of used widget and “layers” of used widgets.
To insert widget to the working space just double click to the choosen widget or moove widget to working space by “drag&drop”. Add media like picture and video file to the widget by “drag&drop” or simply move theese media files to the working space directly from “media” on the left side of working space. Make double click on “text widget” and write text to the “text widget” and “scrolling text widget”. To create interactive project moove “touch widget” on the top of other “widget” and setup interactivity on the “properties” at the right side of working space. Creating graphic content by “drag&drop” is really user-friendly and creative, no technicall skill is required.
To see how does looks like your real project, just click on the “preview” button on the top right. To upload project for app Player on media player, just click to the Publish button on the right upper corner.
In order to Publish the final project, app LAKIOO Creator must be activated with a purchased license. One Creator license can only be used on one computer, if you want to use Creator on multiple computers, you must purchase a license for each computer. But one license is enough to create and distribute content to all your media players from one computer.
